Today we’re going to explain the basics of Same Day Teeth®, a revolutionary procedure that gets rid of the typical waiting associated with traditional dental implant procedures. With Same Day Teeth® old teeth are removed, implants are placed, and her new teeth are inserted–in the same visit.
Same Day Teeth® gives patients a new smile without the waiting associated with the traditional dental implant process. Usually, when a patient requires dental implants, the steps of the process may be separated into different visits. Same Day Teeth® allows patients to have their old teeth removed, implants placed, and their new teeth inserted at the same time. With Same Day Teeth®, patients get their implant placed followed immediately with their temporary tooth–in the same visit. Later on, they will follow up with their dentist to get their permanent tooth placed. With Same Day Teeth®, patients leave our office with a smile.

She shared with Dr. Pikos, saying “I just can’t believe the friendliness and the warmth that goes on in y’all’s office.”
Debra's Same Day Teeth® Success Story
Same Day Teeth is a simple concept that is carried out with the most advanced procedures and technologies available.
The Same Day Teeth® protocol uses some of the most advanced state-of-the-art technology in the industry to help us plan your surgery with the greatest accuracy and precision available. All of our procedures begin with a full imaging workup, using a 3D cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) scan. This allows us to evaluate your underlying bone structure and plan for the optimal placement of your dental implants. With these images, we use a surgical planning software that develops a treatment strategy and acts as a guide throughout your entire procedure.
Our computer-guided dental implant surgery uses the nSequence® proprietary protocol to find the optimal placement locations for your dental implants. Next, we can place a bar-supported, immediate-load, full-arch restoration during the same visit as your surgery. Our custom-designed prosthetics are milled from a solid block of polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) using impressions and computer images of your bite. This material is non-toxic and highly biocompatible. PMMA is very strong and durable, and our laboratory technicians can color-match your full-arch restoration to your natural teeth for a seamless integration into your smile. This method provides an immediate enhancement to the function and aesthetics of your bite.
To find out if you are a candidate for Same Day Teeth®, the first thing you should do is give us a call at 1-800-NEW-LOOK (Outside Florida: 727-877-0011) to schedule a consultation. There are some factors that make some patients better candidates for Same Day Teeth®.
Patients who are missing some or all of their teeth may be candidates for Same-Day Teeth®. Before the procedure, your bite should be free from periodontal disease and decay. Some patients may require a bone grafting procedure prior to their implant surgery in order to restore lost bone tissue. In the absence of tooth roots, the jaw will begin to atrophy, and if you have waited to address missing teeth, the jaw may not have enough tissue to support the implants. We are able to perform whatever treatments are necessary to prepare our patients for their Same-Day Teeth® procedure. If you would like to find out about your candidacy, we encourage you to schedule a personal consultation by calling us at 1-800-NEW-LOOK (Outside Florida: 727-877-0011).
