Dr. Kenneth Leroy Anderson, III was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota and graduated magna cum laude with his bachelor’s degree in Biology and minor in Chemistry from Bemidji State University in 2003. He was accepted into University of Minnesota School of Dentistry’s highly sought after early admission program and graduated in 2007. He then was accepted into Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency at University of Illinois at Chicago and finished his residency training in New York at Brookdale University Hospital in 2012. In 2017, Dr. Anderson moved to Florida and joined Coastal Jaw Surgery as an associate surgeon.

Dr. Anderson practices full scope oral and maxillofacial surgery with emphasis on dental alveolar surgery, implants, hard and soft tissue grafting, general anesthesia, facial trauma, cleft palate, and orthognathic surgery. Dr. Anderson focuses much of his time expanding his knowledge at continuing education events throughout the country. Dr. Anderson has attended Dr. Arnett’s course for orthognathic surgery and Dr. Bedrossian’s zygomatic implant training courses. He works closely with various other medical and dental specialties including dentists, ENT, and sleep specialists. Dr. Anderson has been elected to Vice-Chair and Chairman at his local hospital to represent the department of dentistry, a member of the cleft palate team, and visiting faculty for dental assisting program. When Dr. Anderson is not operating he enjoys spending time with his family and 2 year old son named Cade.
