How Much Do Dental Implants Cost?

How Much Do Dental Implants Cost?

The cost of your dental implants procedure will depend primarily on the number of implants required, the size of the implants that are placed, as well as any preliminary procedures that may need to be performed. Examples of preliminary procedures includes tooth extraction, treating gum disease, and/or dental bone grafting. Prior to scheduling your dental implant procedure, we will discuss the anticipated costs and address any concerns you may have regarding the procedure.

At Coastal Jaw Surgery, we are committed to providing you with quality dental care and making your experience as smooth as possible. This includes providing you with different payment options, to ensure that we are working with your unique budgetary preferences and needs.

Insurance and Payment Options

We accept traditional insurance and are happy to file insurance claims on your behalf, track filed claims, assist with insurance family plans, and do everything we can to help you maximize your benefits.  Although dental insurance plans are designed to reduce out-of-pocket expenses, it is important to remember that dental insurance does not generally cover all expenses, which means you will likely need to be some of out-of-pocket expense following service. It is also important to be aware that reimbursement levels are determined by your provider, and often do not factor in regional data to determine reimbursement levels.

To help facilitate the filing process, please bring your identification and insurance card with you to your appointment and provide your insurance information to our staff when you make an appointment.

In addition to accepting traditional insurance, we also offer (subject to approval) the following financing options (including 0% for 12 months!).

  • Carecredit® Healthcare Financing
  • GreenSky® Patient Financing
  • Lending Club Patient Financing

For your convenience, we also accept cash, debit cards, and most major credit cards (Mastercard, VISA, American Express, and Discover).

Do the Benefits Outweigh the Cost?

Although we are confident you will be thrilled with the results of your dental implants, we also understand that the cost of getting a dental implant is an important consideration. To help you decide whether undergoing the time it takes and the amount it costs is worth the effort, it may be helpful to consider the following benefits you will enjoy once you have completed the dental implant process:

  • Outstanding stability
  • Functions like natural teeth
  • Adjustments are seldom necessary
  • Prevents bone loss/atrophy
  • Enhances self confidence
  • Improves quality of life
  • Returns your ability to enjoy foods you like
  • Stay firmly in place
  • Affordable solution
