Dr. Jose F. Lazaro was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico. He attended Temple University and University of Sacred Heart for his undergraduate studies and received his doctorate degree from the University of Puerto Rico. He completed his Oral Maxillofacial Surgery degree as an honor student at University of Puerto Rico, Medical Science Campus.
Dr. Lazaro has been active in private practice and academia for over 15 years. He has also served as chairman of the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Training Program of the University of Puerto Rico, School of Dentistry.
Dr. Lazaro practices a full scope of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery with emphasis in implants and bone grafting. Dr. Lazaro is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery and a Fellow of the American Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons.
